LIMITED EDITION MURAL PRINTS AVAILABLE

Some of you may remember the wonderful murals on the walls of Charleville Lodge. They were painstakingly hand painted by Neil O’Dwyer of Irish Murals to commemorate some of the social media events The White Moose Cafe created.

Neil spent many hours painting these works of art and consulted me with regard to every inch. He wanted to ensure that the personality of both yours truly and the mighty moose were adequately reflected in his work. However, when Charleville Lodge was sold in early 2023, the new owners, who have no respect whatsoever for the mastery that went into these pieces, covered up the murals with a stroke of a casual and uncaring paint roller.

Before I departed Charleville Lodge for the last time in February 2023, and after having had a little dance with my old kitchen porter friend ‘Mother Teresa’, I decided to take some photos of Neil’s murals for posterity. Recently, I had the idea to get these images printed and thought that some die hard moose fans may be interested in acquiring the prints either for themselves or to gift to a loved one. The prints are not directly White Moose related (so they could even be hung in another cafe for the craic) but they are subtly tied to the brand for those who have always been die hard fans.
